About the role Competition Scaffolding is seeking a young Scaffolder/Labourer to join our team on the Gold Coast predominately working up Tamborine, Queensland. This part-time role is crucial in supporting our construction projects and ensuring the safe and efficient installation of scaffolding. As a Scaffolder/Labourer, you will be responsible for assembling, maintaining and dismantling scaffolding structures to industry standards. What you'll be doing Safely erecting, altering and dismantling scaffolding structures Performing general labouring duties to support construction activities Inspecting scaffolding equipment and reporting any damage or defects Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations Collaborating with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality What we're looking for Good understanding of scaffolding systems and safety protocols Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings A strong work ethic Strong physical fitness and the ability to work at heights Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work Excellent communication and teamwork skills A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation A valid white card (general construction safety card) What we offer At Competition Scaffolding, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
