For more about what we do, please head to www.gemlife.com.au About the Role Hands-on role working across landscaping construction and site maintenance, including: Tree and shrub planting Soft & hard landscaping General garden maintenance (pruning, hedging, mulching, irrigation, lawns) Site clean-up and upkeep of outdoor areas Small excavator operation (if licensed) About You 2 years landscaping experience (construction or commercial preferred) White Card & driver’s licence Strong work ethic and team mindset Motivated, reliable, and safety-focused Operating tickets advantageous but not essential What We Offer Above award pay overtime weekly pay Ongoing work with a strong pipeline Monday to Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm shifts Great team culture and career progression opportunities Potential for permanent employment If you enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of something bigger - apply now!
