We are a family-owned NDIS Registered Provider based in Rockhampton, supporting approximately 30 participants through Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Access, In-Home Supports and Respite Services. Since commencing in 2021, we have grown to approximately 60 staff, 7 SIL homes and a reputation for delivering person-centered supports that genuinely improve lives. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Operations & Service Delivery Manager to join our leadership team and help shape the future of the organisation. About the Role This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing service delivery, operational performance, compliance and quality across our Rockhampton operations. You will work closely with the Directors and HR team to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with NDIS requirements. You will lead and mentor Team Leaders, Coordinators and office staff while helping drive organisational growth and continuous improvement. This role offers a genuine pathway into a future Operations Manager position as ATCQ continues to expand. Key Responsibilities • Lead service delivery across approximately 7 SIL homes and community support programs. • Oversee participant outcomes, service quality and operational performance. • Provide leadership and mentoring to Team Leaders, Coordinators and administration staff. • Manage complex stakeholder relationships including participants, families, guardians, Support Coordinators, allied health professionals and funding bodies. • Oversee restrictive practice reporting, incident management and compliance obligations. • Conduct service reviews, quality audits and continuous improvement activities. • Support workforce planning and operational growth. • Work collaboratively with HR regarding performance management, investigations and workforce development. • Monitor participant funding utilisation and service sustainability. • Participate in a shared on-call roster of approximately 7 days per month. • Promote a positive culture aligned with ATCQ's values and vision. What We Are Looking For You may currently be working as: • Operations Manager • Service Delivery Manager • Disability Services Manager • SIL Manager • Program Manager • Senior NDIS Leader To be successful, you will have: • Minimum 3 years leadership experience within the NDIS sector. • Strong SIL operational experience. • Experience managing Team Leaders and multidisciplinary teams. • Experience with restrictive practices, incidents and NDIS compliance. • Strong stakeholder management skills. • Excellent leadership, coaching and communication abilities. • Ability to make sound operational decisions under pressure. • Strong understanding of workforce planning and service delivery models. Qualifications in Community Services, Disability, Human Services, Management or related fields are highly regarded but extensive practical experience will be considered.
