Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and professional Healthcare Administration Officer to join our friendly and supportive team at our head office located in Warana on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. This role would suit an experienced, well-presented and highly organised individual who enjoys working within a professional healthcare environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and support to patients, referrers and healthcare teams. About the Role This is a varied and rewarding position working closely with our clinical, operational and support teams. The successful applicant will assist with patient administration, data management, client communication and general office coordination. Flexible working hours are available, and we are open to discussing part-time & full-time arrangements for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Managing patient and client data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinating administrative workflows and supporting the operations team. Liaising professionally with radiologists, healthcare providers, clinics and corporate clients. Data entry, reporting and document management. Assisting with scheduling, patient communication and general office administration. Supporting continuous improvement and adherence to ISO Quality Management 9001:2015 standards. Providing a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience working within a radiology practice, hospital, specialist medical clinic or healthcare environment. Experience working collaboratively within professional healthcare teams. Strong administration and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Professional presentation and communication skills. A calm, friendly and supportive nature. Confidence managing sensitive patient information. Previous experience working with patient management systems, RIS/PACS radiology or HIS hospital-based software platforms would be highly regarded Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook The ability to work independently and contribute positively within a team environment.
