Based in Cockburn Central and reporting to the Directors, this is a key operational role focused on ensuring the systems, processes and data controlling of stock are accurate, disciplined and aligned across warehouse, retail, and partnering business channels. About the Role We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Warehouse Manager to take on the warehouse operations. You will be joining a team with a proven culture of supportiveness and professionalism and will be a key player in the success of our busy facility. Business is booming with a high volume of work lined up across the next period so you will be joining in an exciting time of growth and opportunity. Experience managing safety processes, especially around forklifts and heavy machinery, will be key. You will also collaborate with external suppliers across the Plasterboard Industry in developing best-practice process. Across your day-to-day, your core duties will be: Building strong, quality relationships with customers, suppliers and team members. Coordinate inbound and outbound transport proactively. Safely and efficiently loading and unloading inventory via forklifts and various machinery. Manage inventory levels, movements, storage and handling; ensuring accuracy, security and compliance. Maintain accurate records within logistics and inventory systems. Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Operational hours are 6.30am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. Remuneration to be discussed based on relevant experience. About You This role will suit an experienced warehousing professional wanting to step into leadership or a proven manager looking to join an organisation that can help develop and grow their career. Experience within the construction industry will be highly regarded. You will also bring: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. A forklift license/certification (Essential) A truck licence (Desirable) Strong computer literacy to engage our job management systems.
