About the Role An opportunity has arisen for a motivated experienced Forklift & Logistics Officer to join our fresh produce business in a full-time capacity at our Canning Vale location. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely unloading and loading of fresh produce along with warehousing activities, delivering fresh produce safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be both a efficient and able to work in a busy environment. The role is 5 days per week, based in Canning Vale, commencing at 5.30am - 2.30pm Tuesday - Friday & Saturday 4.30am to 11.00am. Key responsibilities include: Forklift operations, manual handling to ensure produce arrivals and dispatch to meet our customer requirements Checking paperwork to confirm receivals and dispatches match produce being delivered Loading and unloading trucks Warehousing of fresh produce Labelling, pallet wrapping, computer work as required Quality and safety management processes will be crucial Skills & Experience Required Physically fit Forklift (High Risk) Licence is essential - minimum 2 years experience Candidates must hold either LF or LO forklift licence classification Drivers licence is essential A strong work ethic, the ability to work autonomously and within a team Excellent Communication skills Good computer skills Experience in fresh produce or warehouse skills would be ideal but is not a necessity Australian work rights are required for this position Only suitable applicants will be contacted for an interview.
