You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets. What you’ll do Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice. Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment. Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices. About you You’re hands-on, customer-focused, and eager to learn. Leadership is a growth area, and you’re ready to develop your skills while supporting the team. You’ll also bring: Strong work ethic and organisational skills Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred) A genuine passion for helping customers. Basic computer literacy Eagerness to learn and grow within the business.
