About the Role: Reporting to the Project Director, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial fit-out and construction projects from tender through to completion. You will oversee project budgets, programmes, subcontractors, client relationships, and project teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from award through to completion and client handover. Oversee project budgets, forecasts, variations, claims, and financial performance. Manage project programmes, documentation, contracts, and reporting. Lead client, consultant, subcontractor, and supplier relationships. Procure and manage subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project outcomes. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and contractual requirements. Mentor and support Project Managers, Site Managers, and project teams. Assist with tendering, estimating, and business development opportunities. Role Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction or fit-out projects. Strong financial management and contract administration experience. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Jobpac, and Microsoft Project. Sound understanding of WHS, quality, and environmental management systems. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
