Change Manager – Organisational Change & Transformation (A08) Contract Opportunity | North Brisbane Based | $97ph plus Superannuation We are seeking an experienced Change Delivery Manager to lead the people side of complex organisational transformation initiatives within a large and diverse government environment. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering change and communication strategies that support the successful implementation of significant business improvement programs focused on workforce wellbeing, service delivery and operational effectiveness. About the Role Reporting to senior program leadership, you will play a key role in driving organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement and change adoption across multiple strategic initiatives. Working closely with executive leaders, project teams and business stakeholders, you will ensure employees are informed, engaged and supported throughout periods of organisational change. This position requires a highly capable change professional who can operate in a complex environment, provide strategic advice and influence senior stakeholders while delivering practical change outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of organisational change initiatives across multiple programs of work. Develop and implement change management, communication and stakeholder engagement strategies. Establish and maintain project plans, reporting frameworks, risk registers and governance processes. Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior leaders and project sponsors. Conduct impact assessments and develop transition and adoption plans. . What We're Looking For Demonstrated experience leading organisational change within large, complex organisations. Proven capability delivering enterprise-wide transformation, business improvement or strategic reform initiatives. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with experience influencing senior executives. Experience developing and implementing change management frameworks, communication plans and adoption strategies. Experience implementing recommendations arising from reviews, audits, investigations or major organisational reforms will be highly regarded. Qualifications in Change Management, Project Management, Organisational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Business or a related discipline are highly desirable.
