As the Principal Consultant within Systems and Development team, you will leverage from existing WHS frameworks, partnering with the various work areas and other business units to help ensure a fit for purpose, operational holistic health, safety and wellbeing management system across QCS. This role will directly support the Manager HSW Systems and Development in the identification, development, implementation, management and delivery of the WHS reporting solution, systems, policies services and programs of work which will promote a sustainable workplace health, safety and wellbeing culture for QCS. As a member of the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing team, your focus will be to contribute to QCS's commitment to providing and maintaining a culture for a safe, healthy, and supportive working environment.
