The Barberbar Broadbeach is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Hairdresser to become part of their growing team. Key Responsibilities: Consulting with clients to determine suitable hairstyles, grooming requirements, and hair treatments Cutting, trimming, styling, and shaping hair using a variety of techniques Shampooing, conditioning, and treating hair and scalp Colouring, bleaching, straightening, and perming hair where required Providing beard trimming and grooming services as appropriate Recommending hair care products and treatments to clients Ensuring hairstyles and grooming services meet client expectations and professional standards Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment Managing appointments and maintaining client service records where required Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards About You: At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Hairdresser or in a similar role Strong haircutting, styling, and grooming skills Experience performing a range of hairdressing services and treatments Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and professional presentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of salon hygiene and workplace safety requirements Job Type: Permanent / Full-time Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum
