About the Role The role of a Study Supervisor is to support students in Year 11 and 12 in completing academic tasks and developing effective study habits within a calm, inclusive and safe environment. About You You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following: Engaging and enthusiastic tutoring style with effective communication skills Demonstrated ability to work with distinct levels of abilities across various age groups Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective study skills sessions Previous experience in mentoring and/or tutoring students. A strong academic record, with a high Band of 6/E4(HSC) or Grade 7 (IBDP), with areas of speciality (including subjects (for example, Humanities, English etc) and key skills (for example, essay writing, mathematic problem solving etc). All team members at CGS are required to have: Appropriate qualifications A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card A current National Police Check; and Full working rights within Australia.
