As an NDIS Youth Assistant , you will: Deliver engaging group and 1:1 training to build skills and confidence Support participants to achieve employment, independence, and social goals Create and tailor workshops to suit diverse learning needs Provide end-to-end support including training, workplace, and community activities Work closely with Youth and Workplace Consultants to support participant progress About you You’re passionate about helping young people succeed and thrive.
