You need to work one day in the office while the remaining hours can be WFH. Extra hours may be needed during busy times. Flexibility is required. This role is a very hands on stand alone role and will be involved in the business on all levels. Main duties will be; End to end recruitment Staff inductions and training Performance Management Advising on IR Assisting payroll with award interpretation Keeping HR polices up to date Workers Compensation / Return to work plans HACCP and QA Administration The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: A minimum of 5 year’s experience in a similar Human Resources Advisor role A flexible attitude and willingness to assist in a small business environment Be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously Ability to multi-task and prioritise Excellent people and communication skills (essential) This is your chance to join a company that truly values staff and offers a friendly working environment.
