Location: Balcatta, Perth, WA Our Benefits Flexible working arrangements Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellbeing initiatives Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities A positive and supportive team culture Regular social and team events Work-life balance and flexibility Your Role As the Accountant, you will report directly to the Group Accountant and play an integral role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and efficiency of the Group's financial operations You’ll: Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, BAS submissions and compliance reporting Manage banking activities, creditor reconciliations, credit card administration and payment processing Support month-end activities, balance sheet reconciliations, hire purchase schedules and FBT reporting Provide cross-functional support across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll Analyse financial data and assist with reporting, projects and business initiatives Maintain accurate records and coordinate finance-related administration, including travel and vehicle management What you’ll bring: Proven experience in an Accountant, or Finance Officer role within a commercial environment is desirable Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Sound understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, BAS preparation and general accounting principles Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using accounting systems such as NetSuite, MYOB or similar WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY It’s easy to overlook a great opportunity if you don’t see yourself as a perfect fit.
