Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, Property and Commercial Senior Solicitor with flexible work environment. You will work on large commercial transactions for local, national and international clients on commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business sales, commercial property transactions, leases, and other commercial matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, handling conveyancing matters from instruction to settlement. The solicitor will contribute to business development activities, support colleagues where needed, and uphold the firm’s service standards. Qualifications Strong legal knowledge and experience in Property Law and corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, negotiating, and advising on transactions share sales and corporate and commercial matters. Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail, and sound drafting and negotiation abilities. Proven ability to manage files independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain high professional and ethical standards. Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
