We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coordinator/ Compliance Mentor to support our Family Day Care educators across North Queensland. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about early childhood education, compliance, quality improvement, and supporting educators to achieve the best outcomes for children and families. This position requires regular travel throughout the region, including Weipa, and Townsville and other remote areas. Key Responsibilities Conduct educator monitoring, support, and compliance visits. Assess and monitor educator compliance with legislative and service requirements. Provide guidance, mentoring, and professional support to educators. Assist educators with quality improvement planning and continuous improvement processes. Assist with QIP, SIP and RAP Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Build positive relationships with educators, families, and stakeholders. Participate in after-hours visits and meetings as required. Must be computer savvy
