About the role Realistic Fitouts is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker Factory Foreman to join our team. We are seeking a driven and meticulously detailed individual to spearhead our daily manufacturing operations at our Currumbin based factory on the southern Gold Coast. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of our cabinet making factory, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency. As Factory Foreman, you will be responsible for managing schedules, supervising tradespeople and apprentices, and maintaining quality control across all manufacturing processes. While predominantly factory-based, this role offers dynamic variety, including overseeing select on-site installations. Wages negotiable depending on experience.
