We are looking for someone who is motivated, energetic and willing to learn who wish to be part of our growing business Qualifications & experience Previous experience in process line/food production line work is ESSENTIAL A good communicator, some leadership experience with demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement and is able to challenge the process to strive for continuous improvement Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. “Ability to think outside the square” and a self-starter with a positive attitude Experience with fast paced work & continual flow Accuracy with attention to detail Outstanding punctuality & attendance Reliable own transport Tasks & responsibilities This is a hands-on position, under supervision, you are the leading hand for the set-up & operation of a food packaging line including a small team & the machines used in this process. Visually checking and reporting that the product & the packaging are meeting standards. Ability to work in constant, fast paced environment. Ability to work under pressure. Physically fit to perform all duties including standing for long periods of time & occasional lifting up to 15kg's. Day shift: 5am to 3pm Benefits Immediate start No work on weekends
