You will be able to undertake and deliver in the following key areas: Implement and control of Maintenance programs and contracts across appointed properties Engage/Oversee maintenance contractors Ensure compliance across allocated properties Effective day to day management of building services Tenant liaison and Communication Prepare reports including regular monitoring of expenditure You will be a strong communicator and be able to manage your time effectively, attention to detail and pro activity is key.
