We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and client-focused Commercial Property Manager to join our established Property Management team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse commercial property portfolio across a range of asset types, working within a collaborative, experienced and well-supported team environment. Based in our Perth CBD office, this full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with regular travel required to sites across the Perth metropolitan area. About the Position Reporting to the Director/Associate Director, this role requires the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering a high standard of service across a diverse commercial property portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and tenants Managing lease and tenancy administration Monitoring lease expiries and negotiating lease renewals Managing property financials, including budgets, expenditure monitoring, arrears management and reporting Coordinating maintenance, fit-out and make-good works Managing contractor and stakeholder relationships Undertaking property inspections Preparing owner reports and client correspondence Ensuring compliance with lease obligations and statutory requirements Managing tenant requests and day-to-day property matters About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience in commercial property management Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisational ability Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills Sound financial acumen A proactive and solutions-focused approach Current WA Driver’s Licence and Certificate of Registration Experience using Cirrus8 Property Accounting Software will be highly regarded.
