With a strong pipeline of projects and continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Licenced Plumber to join our construction team. This is an exciting opportunity for a plumber who enjoys installation work, takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to be involved in building complete homes from the ground up. About the Role Working across our factory and construction sites, you will be responsible for all plumbing and drainage installations associated with new homes, granny flats and modular buildings. You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors and other trades to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Complete plumbing and drainage installations for new homes and granny flats Rough-in and fit-off plumbing systems Install sanitary drainage, stormwater, water services and fixtures Read and interpret plans, specifications and construction drawings Ensure all work complies with current plumbing regulations and Australian Standards Coordinate with builders, electricians and other trades on site Mentor apprentices and junior team members Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety Identify and resolve plumbing issues during construction About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Certificate III in Plumbing and Drainage Current Plumbing Licence Minimum 2 years' post-apprenticeship experience Proven experience in residential construction Experience working on new homes, granny flats or similar projects Ability to read and interpret construction and plumbing plans Strong understanding of Australian plumbing regulations and standards Excellent problem-solving skills White Card Happy to travel to worksites Current Australian Driver's Licence Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship What We Offer Competitive salary package including take home company vehicle and all tools Long-term job security with a growing business Consistent pipeline of homes and granny flat projects Variety of work across factory and onsite construction environments Uniform provided Supportive and collaborative team culture Career growth opportunities as the business continues to expand Opportunity to be part of one of Australia's fastest-growing housing sectors Why Join Us?
