Reporting to the Quality Manager you will be required to: Liaise with team members and operational staff to ensure quality system requirements are adhered to. Assist with development and maintenance of HACCP, BRC and Customer Certification standards. Review and maintain Policies, Procedures and Quality Assurance documentation to meet BRC and other Customer Certification Standards. Manage customer complaints, investigations, responses & corrective actions. Conduct site compliance and routine internal and external audits, inspections and reports. Undertake product test baking, attribute sheets & associated procedures. To succeed in this role, you must have: Tertiary qualification in Food Technology / Science. Minimum 3 years previous experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing. Knowledge of food regulations, relevant legislations and food safety standards. Strong understanding of QA & attention to detail.
