Position: Duty Manager / Night Fill Manager Days: Saturday & Sunday Additional Opportunity: Provide relief as Grocery Manager during leave periods We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to oversee store operations during night fill and support the team in a leadership capacity and someone who can provide relief as Grocery Manager during leave periods. Key Responsibilities: Manage night fill operations and team performance Ensure shelves are well-stocked and presented Maintain store standards, safety, and efficiency Act as Duty Manager during shifts What We’re Looking For: Previous retail or supermarket experience (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and reliable If you’re ready to take the next step in your retail career, we’d love to hear from you!
