Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will coordinate asset management planning across Council, ensuring asset information is accurate, reliable and supports informed decision-making. You will play a key role in linking asset data and systems with capital works, maintenance programs, financial reporting and long-term planning. The role acts as a custodian of councils asset registers, systems and spatial data, supporting audits and revaluations, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving continuous improvement in asset management practices. To succeed, you will bring experience managing complex asset portfolios, strong analytical and organisational skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and local government experience are highly regarded, along with local government experience.
