You will: use your strong co-ordination skills to plan, organise, and facilitate Beacon's well respected programs and services including career readiness and work exposure activities, brokering work experience, and connecting students to the world of work and pathway opportunities display your capacity and empathy to connect and engage with young people in years 9-12 in Tasmanian government schools. facilitate in-school activities (guest speakers, industry panels, workshops) and excursions (industry site visits) to demonstrate to students the pathways available to them. frequently apply strong collaboration and teamwork skills to build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships, leveraging professional networks and business connections. Strong relationship management with key educators, industry representatives and peak bodies is vital. utilise your administrative and organisational skills and familiarity with the Microsoft office suite, to develop annual plans, manage programs end-to-end and maintain and report on data. be a valued part of a rewarding organisation that is proud of what it achieves.
