About the role This is a key role within our nursing team. You’ll be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the treatment room and providing exceptional care to our patients. The role suits a nurse with strong people skills who enjoys working closely with patients, particularly in assisting GP's, as well as a variety of treatment room and chronic disease support tasks. You’ll report to the Nurse Supervisor/s and Practice Manager , and be well supported in your role. ? Key responsibilities Supporting Chronic Disease Management and care planning Performing clinical duties within scope and competency, following best-practice guidelines Assisting with treatment room activities such as minor procedures, wound care and diagnostics Explaining procedures and providing patient education, reassurance and support Completing comprehensive health assessments ??
