Underground Truck Operators (experienced) About AIC Mines and the Opportunity AIC Mines is entering an exciting period of growth across our North West Queensland operations, with Jericho Mine staging into production over the coming months. As we ramp up activity and prepare for this next stage, we are seeking applications from experienced underground truck operators who want to be part of a growing copper business. Located near Cloncurry in North West Queensland, Eloise Copper Mine is an established underground operation producing high-grade copper concentrate. Together with the development of Jericho, Eloise forms an important part of AIC Mines’ growth strategy and offers the opportunity to join a strong operational team focused on safety, teamwork, performance, and continuous improvement. The role is FIFO from Townsville, with bus-in/bus-out options available for local applicants from Cloncurry and nearby communities. Onsite accommodation is provided at Eloise Copper Mine, located 65 km from Cloncurry. About You To be successful in this role, you will: Have experience as an underground truck operator Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and safe work practices Be a reliable team player with good communication skills Be available to work a 15/13 day shift and 14/14 night shift roster Hold a current manual Queensland driver’s licence Be physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical and police clearance This role is suitable for experienced underground truck operators who are looking to contribute to a growing operation and support ongoing production requirements.
