About the role Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a hands-on Sheet Metal Fabricator to join a growing workshop team manufacturing and assembling custom tilt garage doors. Duties Fabricate and assemble custom tilt garage doors using aluminium and sheet metal components Measure, cut, drill, rivet, and fit components accurately to production specifications Read and interpret workshop drawings and production sheets to complete builds Maintain quality standards, daily production targets, and a safe organised workspace Skills and experience Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, or metalwork environments Ability to confidently use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Strong attention to detail with the ability to read basic workshop drawings Reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently and within a small team Benefits Competitive hourly rate around $35ph with stable full-time hours Early Friday finishes supporting excellent work-life balance Supportive family-oriented workshop culture with on-the-job training provided Genuine career progression opportunities into senior or supervisory positions How to Apply If you are interested in joining a successful business for this fantastic full-time position, please send us your resume today.
