Job Description Deliver professional and friendly guest service across check-in, check-out and throughout the guest stay Respond to guest requests promptly, efficiently and courteously to ensure a high level of satisfaction Manage guest accounts, ensuring accurate posting of charges and timely billing Handle incoming calls and communications in a professional manner, directing enquiries as required Maintain clear communication between guests and hotel departments to support smooth operations Promote hotel facilities and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and enhance the guest experience Assist with reservations, room allocations and maintaining accurate guest information in the system Monitor daily operations, complete shift checklists and report any issues to management Maintain knowledge of hotel services, room types and rates to provide accurate information to guests Ensure guest confidentiality, safety and adherence to hotel policies and procedures Support overall front desk and guest services operations to deliver a seamless and positive experience
