The Self Styler is looking for a passionate, creative, and highly organised Influencer Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of influencer marketing; from discovering new creators to managing long-term partnerships and executing impactful campaigns that align with our brand vision. Working closely with our Social Media Content Coordinator and wider marketing team, you'll manage influencer outreach, gifting, campaign coordination, content scheduling, and reporting. You'll also support the marketing and creative teams with social content creation and campaign execution. About You Required Skills & Experience 1–3 years' experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media management, or a related field Previous experience working with lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or sustainability brands is highly regarded Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and current influencer marketing trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Confident relationship-building and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong understanding of brand aesthetics Analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and interpret data What You'll Be Doing: Influencer Discovery & Research Identify and research influencers who align with The Self Styler's brand aesthetic, values, and target audience Stay up to date with influencer trends, emerging creators, and evolving social platforms Build and maintain an organised influencer database, including audience demographics, engagement metrics, and collaboration history Outreach & Relationship Building Conduct influencer outreach via email, DM, and other communication channels Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners Negotiate collaboration terms including deliverables, timelines, gifted products, and paid partnerships Gifting & Product Seeding Coordinate influencer gifting and product seeding campaigns from start to finish Ensure accurate product selection, timely dispatch, and inclusion of all relevant brand materials Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery processes Content Scheduling & Coordination Coordinate influencer content calendars to align with product launches, campaigns, and key marketing promotions Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, quality standards, and legal requirements Track content deadlines and ensure deliverables are published on schedule Campaign Management Oversee influencer campaigns from concept through to completion Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to maximise campaign visibility across The Self Styler's channels Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve future results Monitoring & Reporting Track influencer activity, engagement, reach, and conversions Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and influencer partnerships Content Support Assist the Marketing and Creative teams with creating and featuring in social media content Support behind-the-scenes content creation, campaign shoots, and brand storytelling initiatives If you're passionate about influencer marketing and social media, we'd love to hear from you.
