Job Info Location: ROBINA TOWN CENTRE, QLD Salary: Award Job Type: Permanent position | Casual position Job Description Our client currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Support Worker to join a team in Burpengary QLD This role requires availability across a 7 day roster Monday to Sunday with a range of shifts to support participant needs Available Shifts Morning 7 00 AM 3 00 PM Afternoon 3 00 PM 10 00 PM Night Sleepover shift 10 00 PM onwards Pay Rates SCHADS Award Level 2 Base rate 34 58 35 67 per hour Afternoon shift 38 90 40 13 per hour Night shift 39 77 41 02 per hour Saturday 51 87 53 51 per hour Sunday 69 16 71 34 per hour Public holidays 86 45 89 18 per hour Final rate will depend on experience and pay point Key Responsibilities Provide high quality person centred support to participants Assist with daily living activities and promote independence Support participants with complex needs including behavioural and mental health challenges Monitor and assist with health related requirements including diabetes management Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the team
