About the Role Supports are provided to assist participants to live independently within the community. Duties may include: Verbal prompting and personal care support Light domestic assistance Meal preparation Transport to appointments and shopping Attending medical and allied health appointments Available Shifts Monday: 9:00am – 2:00pm Tuesday: 10:00am – 4:00pm Wednesday: 10:00am – 4:00pm Thursday: 9:00am – 2:00pm What We’re Looking For A caring and positive attitude Strong communication skills Reliability and professionalism A genuine passion for supporting others Relevant checks and licences required for support work What You'll Bring: At least 6 months' experience in disability support role A valid driver's licence and your own vehicle Current paid employee Blue Card Current paid employee Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Clearance Current First Aid & CPR certification Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete before starting) Full Australian working rights The ability to work both independently and within a supportive team A smartphone with internet access Two recent professional references (from supervisors) Join a team that truly cares — about you, your growth, and the people we support.
