Lead the coordination of insurance restoration claims with one of South Australia's fastest growing insurance repair businesses. pba is expanding its Escape of Liquid (EOL) and restoration operations and is seeking an experienced Restoration Claims Coordinator to join our growing team. Working closely with restoration technicians, supervisors, estimators, customers and insurer partners, you will play a key role in managing restoration claims from first attendance through to handover for repairs. About the Role As a Restoration Claims Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration and progression of restoration claims, ensuring jobs move efficiently through assessment, drying, remediation and repair stages. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating restoration claims from lodgement through to completion Scheduling restoration technicians and subcontractors Monitoring claim progress and restoration timeframes Reviewing moisture reports, site updates and restoration documentation Liaising with customers, insurers, supervisors and restoration teams Managing claim communication and stakeholder expectations Assisting with scope reviews and escalation management Ensuring reporting and compliance requirements are met Supporting operational KPI and service delivery outcomes Assisting with EOL claim governance and lifecycle management About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Experience in restoration, insurance repairs, building, claims management or property services Strong administration and coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Experience working with insurers, builders or restoration contractors highly regarded Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of outcomes Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach Why Join pba?
