About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Health, Safety & Quality Manager (HSQ Manager) to join our team in a part-time capacity. This is a key role within the business, responsible for overseeing workplace health and safety systems, compliance processes, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Ensure compliance with relevant WHS legislation, industry standards, and company procedures. Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions. Coordinate staff inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training. Maintain compliance documentation, registers, and certifications. Assist management with continuous improvement initiatives and operational compliance. Support and promote a positive safety culture across all levels of the business. Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will bring: Previous experience in a WHS, Safety, Quality, or HSEQ role. Strong understanding of WHS legislation and ISO management systems. Experience maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification requirements. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with operational teams. High attention to detail and strong administrative capability.
