About the role: Lead clinical trials in haematology, contributing to ground breaking research that transforms patient outcomes Provide direct patient care through outpatient clinics and inpatient duties, working alongside experienced haematology consultants Perform and report bone marrow procedures while interpreting complex laboratory results for patient diagnosis and management Contribute to scientific publications and present research findings at national and international conferences Supervise and teach junior medical staff while participating in comprehensive professional development programmes About you: Medical Qualifications (MBBS or equivalent) which is recognised by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and completed training with FRACP/FRCPA or FRACP only (or international equivalent) for Haematology. Proven pro-active approach to heavy workloads Demonstrated experience in basic laboratory, translational and clinical research Ability to adapt to changing environment/procedures whilst retaining positive outlook Proven experience in delivering high quality and safe care consistent with the National Safety and Quality Health Care Service Standards.
