About the role As an Assistant Manager in our Business Advisory division, you will provide accounting solutions to a diverse range of our clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor and provide guidance to your junior colleagues, as well as gaining exposure to complex technical challenges required to further enhance your career. You will be responsible for a broad range of accounting and management activities including, but not limited to: Maintaining, producing and interpreting financial reports using Xero, MYOB and Reckon APS Preparation and review of complex individual, company, trust and partnership tax returns and financial statements Calculation and reconciliation of Payroll Tax and Worker’s Compensation Insurance Preparation of management accounts, cash flow reports and annual financial reports across various entity structures and industries Preparation of invoices at the end of an engagement About you The successful candidate will be a CA or CPA qualified accountant (or working towards), with relevant tertiary qualifications and experience within a public practice accounting firm. You might be a Senior Accountant looking to take the next step in your career, or an established Assistant Manager who is looking to join a dynamic and vibrant team culture.
