DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a busy and fast-paced organisation based near Kilburn. This role offers a varied position combining accounts payable responsibilities with general administration support, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring financial processes are completed accurately while providing high-quality administrative support across the business. Key responsibilities include: Processing accounts payable invoices and matching purchase documentation Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice discrepancies Assisting with payment runs, bank processing and credit applications Setting up and maintaining supplier records and banking details Responding to accounts payable enquiries from internal and external stakeholders Managing reception and switchboard duties Supporting general administration activities including filing, data entry and document management Assisting with fleet administration and coordination tasks Supporting internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience To be successful, you will bring: 3 - 5 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable position Previous experience using Pronto is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment A proactive and solutions-focused approach Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Current driver's licence What’s on offer: Full-time ongoing opportunity Diverse and varied role across administration and finance functions Supportive team environment Opportunity to contribute to a well-established and growing business If you enjoy a hands-on role and are looking for an opportunity where no two days are the same, then please APPLY NOW!
