Ansell Chiropractic is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our clinic in Mundingburra, QLD. As a casual receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and supporting the smooth running of our practice. What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and friendly manner Booking and rescheduling patient appointments Answering and directing incoming phone calls Maintaining patient records and files Assisting with general administrative duties as required What we're looking for Availability to work flexible days and hours for this 20 hour per week position Must be available to work Monday to Friday only Must be available for 7.30 shift starts or 6pm shift finishes Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using computer systems and various software A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude Australian citizenship is required for this position What we offer At Ansell Chiropractic, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
