About the role We are a luxury company located on Tamborine Mountain, offering our guests a world-class retreat experience. We take enormous pride in the presentation and cleanliness of our facilities, and are looking for someone who shares that same sense of pride in their work. This is a full-time, permanent position working morning hours across two nearby sites on Tamborine Mountain. You will be an integral part of the team, ensuring every space and every linen meets an exceptional standard before guests arrive. What you'll be doing Thorough cleaning and presentation the facility Managing all laundry operations — washing, drying, and folding of towels, robes, and linens Stocking and replenishing supplies, amenities, and linen throughout both sites Conducting detailed pre-opening checks to ensure all areas are immaculate before guests arrive Working across two sites on Tamborine Mountain Reporting maintenance or presentation issues promptly What we're looking for Demonstrated experience in commercial or hospitality cleaning, ideally within a luxury hotel, spa, or similar high-end environment Experience handling and caring for high-quality linen and textiles Exceptional attention to detail - you notice what others miss A genuine sense of pride in delivering an impeccable result, every time Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working early morning hours Ability to work independently and manage your time across two locations What's on offer Competitive salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per annum (negotiable for the right person) Permanent full-time position with stable, consistent hours A beautiful workplace in one of South East Queensland's most sought-after locations A supportive team that genuinely values the people who keep the experience exceptional How to apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
