About the role: As a Recruitment Consultant within our Nursing & Midwifery Division, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client partnerships, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across Australia's Healthcare sector. Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to building candidate relationships, client presentation, references, compliance, placement and after-care. Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing client partnerships across Public, Private and NFP healthcare providers. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive candidate engagement, networking and market mapping. Leverage LinkedIn, social media and other sourcing channels to attract, engage and nurture top healthcare talent whilst having a strong presence in your market. Act as a trusted advisor and partner to your clients, including client meetings, workforce planning discussions and value driven recruitment consulting. Source and engage passive candidates, building long-term relationships with high-calibre Nursing & Midwifery professionals across Australia. About you: Proven experience within agency recruitment, with a sound understanding of the Australian healthcare landscape. Minimum 12 to 18 months' experience in a 360 recruitment role, managing both candidate and client relationships. Motivated, commercially minded and driven to achieve results, ideal for someone seeking a long-term career. Confident developing new business opportunities and building long-term client partnerships.
