Your Role Emmaus College is seeking a vibrant, efficient and energetic Administration Officer (IT Support). This is a term-time position for 27.5 hours per week commencing as soon as possible until 26 February 2027. The Administration Officer supports the IT Team providing a welcoming reception to staff and students at the IT Helpdesk, typing and word processing, maintaining manual and electronic records, logging jobs internally and externally, and assisting with low-level troubleshooting within existing skillset and experience. About you The successful applicant will have an understanding of and a commitment to the ethos of Catholic education. In addition you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills. Experience with a student management system such as TASS would be advantageous.
