About The Role As the Business Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective and efficient management of the school's administrative, financial, and operational functions. Reporting to the Principal, you will provide corporate services and administrative support to enable the school to deliver high-quality education. Key Responsibilities Include Managing the school's financial operations, including budgeting, purchasing, invoicing, and financial reporting. Overseeing administration processes such as HR, payroll support, asset management, and facilities coordination. Supporting the Principal with strategic financial planning, resource allocation, and compliance activities. Supervising and managing school support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring. Coordinating contractors, facilities maintenance, and logistics for events, excursions, and projects. This role is ideal for a highly organised, solutions-focused professional who enjoys working in a close-knit school community and is confident managing diverse responsibilities. About You The following traits would be beneficial: Experience in financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
