Mobilisation and Administration Officer About the Role: We are seeking a full-time permanent Mobilisation and Administration Officer with experience in high volume mine site mobilisation and onboarding. Why work for Westfill? · Be a part of a friendly and supportive team within a growing organisation · Company funded maternity leave · 1 day/week work from home option after probationary period · Training and further career development opportunities · Employee Assistance Program including immediate family members · Free parking on site in Bibra Lake Main Responsibilities · Manage end to end mobilisation and onboarding for new employees aligned with the company procedure and ensure all candidates are compliant · Work closely with the managers and recruitment team to ensure mobilisation and onboarding processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner · Obtain required documentation including tickets, licences, RPLs and validate licences as required · Book medicals and drug and alcohol tests for candidates, assess the results and communicate to the relevant managers as required · Book, reschedule and cancel flights and accommodation as needed · Input employee and roster details into INX Process · Complete client forms and liaise with the mine sites as required · Order and distribute PPEs · Raise POs as needed · Provide other various administrative and operational support as needed Selection Criteria Minimum 3 years of experience in mobilisation and onboarding in mining industry (must have) INX Process experience (not essential but desirable) Pronto experience (not essential but desirable) High level of attention to detail and accuracy Highly motivated approach with a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong commitment to delivering exceptional mobilisation and onboarding support Highly organised and willing to take ownership Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong focus on continuous improvement Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Must have Permanent work rights in Australia (Australian PR or citizen) If you are interested in this role, please apply with your resume and a cover letter outlining why you are interested in this role and how you meet the selection criteria.
