You’ll report directly to the Financial Controller for Europe and META and collaborate daily with a supportive team of around 10 finance analysts. Job Description: This position offers a great opportunity to develop your analytical skills, work with real financial data, and contribute to meaningful projects within our Finance Team. Work daily with Excel to support the Finance Team in preparing various standard reports, analyses and ad-hoc reports. Assist in monthly and quarterly closing processes, ensuring reports are delivered on time, accurately, and with high quality. Perform top-down data analysis - from high-level summaries to detailed transactions -ensuring alignment with International Accounting Standards and regulatory compliance. Bring a fresh perspective to existing processes and suggest ideas for automation or efficiency improvements. Analyze financial results, identify key business drivers, and present findings in a clear and meaningful way. Collaborate with functional teams (Accounting, Legal, Tax, Pricing, Business Control, Geo & Region Finance) to enhance process efficiency and maintain controls. Requirements Strong skills in Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present data effectively Solid understanding of Accounting and Financial principles Knowledge of tools like Power BI and SAP is an advantage Interest in Corporate Finance, Financial Controlling, or Accounting as a future career path Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Notes) Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers, with the ability to interpret financial data accurately Strong communication skills, with a proactive, responsible, and reliable approach to completing tasks Independent and self-driven, yet comfortable working in a team, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced international environment What you can expect from us: Salary: 7.00 EUR per hour Meal Vouchers. Additional Locations : Slovakia Slovakia PAY TRANSPARENCY The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €11200–16390 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations. Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role.
