Job Description Join SEEK's dynamic team as a Customer Support Specialist, where you'll service our Account Executive portfolios playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences to SEEK's managed customer portfolios. Working closely with Account Managers, you'll become a trusted point of contact for our top tier customers. You will foster strong relationships while ensuring seamless communication with key internal and external stakeholders across the business. This position sits within ANZ Sales and APAC Enablement in the Commercial division, reporting to the Manager, Customer Support. You will collaborate with external clients, internal Sales teams, Finance, Customer Success Managers, and Product Teams. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalised service that exceeds client expectations and reinforces SEEK's premium offering Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical queries including recruitment software partner issues Handle hirer inquiries covering technical queries, site issues, education, and billing management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as their dedicated point of contact Partner closely with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Technical Support Teams Deliver custom reporting requirements and work within agreed OKRs and SLAs Maintain clear communication and set service expectations throughout resolution processes
