About the Position The ICT Customer Support Service role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure, which underpins our efficient supply chain, order management, and daily business activities at Nusafood. This position involves providing first-line technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and contributing to the maintenance and optimisation of our IT systems. The role plays a key part in minimising downtime, enhancing productivity across our operations in Richmond, and supporting our commitment to reliable service delivery to hospitality partners. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support to staff via phone, email, in-person, or ticketing systems for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Diagnose and resolve technical problems, including determining software and hardware requirements to deliver effective solutions. Install, configure, test, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and related infrastructure. Respond promptly to user inquiries and deliver training or guidance on IT tools and systems. Implement and monitor data security, backup, and recovery procedures. Liaise with third-party IT vendors and service providers as needed. Maintain accurate ICT documentation, logs, and asset records.
