Consisting of Volkswagen, GAC, Geely, Peugeot, Cupra & Mornington 4X4 Ironman. We are currently looking for a driven Assistant Used Vehicle Sales Manager to help in leading our Used Vehicle team. About the Role As Assistant Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the sales operation that stocks 100 Used Vehicles and will lead performance, people and processes across our Used Vehicle department. You will play a key role in driving results, shaping team culture and delivering exceptional customer experience in line with manufacture demands. This is an exciting hands-on role with great rewards for the right candidate. Key responsibilities include : Leading and managing Used Vehicle sales operations Setting and achieving sales targets, processes, and performance standards Driving sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction Managing vehicle stock, pricing strategies, and sales reporting Working closely with senior leadership across the Bayside European Motor Group Building strong customer relationships and local brand presence About You You are a motivated and experienced automotive sales leader who enjoys driving performance and developing teams in a structured, professional environment.
