WHAT'S ON OFFER: Competitive salary bracket of $95,000 – $105,000 Super Car Allowance Commission (based on experience) Uncapped commission structure aligned to revenue growth Access to a premium range of bespoke, architecturally specified aluminium window and door systems across high-end residential and commercial projects ROLE EXPECTATIONS: This role is focused on driving new business growth and expanding market presence across Victoria, with a particular emphasis on the design and architecture community. Drive new business acquisition across bespoke aluminium window and façade solutions Identify, target and secure new clients including architects, interior designers, builders and developers Build strong project pipelines across high-end residential, multi-residential and boutique commercial sectors Represent the brand confidently in design studios, architectural practices and at industry events CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS: The successful candidate will be a driven, commercially minded sales professional with strong industry knowledge and an existing presence in the design community.
