The Opportunity The client is seeking a capable, ambitious, and committed Associate Adviser to join as part of the firm's continuous growth. Working alongside a fun team, within an advice led business you will provide excellent support to the advisers and clients alike. Based in Sydney's CBD in brand new offices, this role offers the chance to partner closely with advisers and be a key player in the client's advice journey. The Role Responsible for assisting one of the Senior Advisers with the proactive management of a client’s affairs. This includes ongoing client maintenance, preparing for annual progress meeting’s and managing/preparing any compliance obligations and reviews Developing and manage internal relationships with the Advisers and key external service providers to create and maintain administrative and operational efficiencies Formulate and preparing advice documentation and strategic modelling together with portfolio review & rebalance and manage the client onboarding process About you: Degree qualified, ready to begin; or recently completed Professional Year Strong technical acumen, high attention to detail and proactive in approach Strategic in your thinking coupled with a commercial mindset Experience within a paraplanning, client service or other associate role preferred so that you can hit the ground running Have a solid understanding of tax, superannuation, retirement income streams, investments and financial products Be genuinely passionate and driven to succeed in this industry with impeccable communication and interpersonal skills Enjoy working as part of a team with the ability to use initiative and judgement in problem solving situations
